The 81'x54' barn
has a tack room and five 10' stalls with outside runs that connect to pastures.
Above the stalls is a loft for hay storage. The open span inside the barn
can double as an inside arena or round pen for working horses in bad weather.
Outside the barn is a wash rack with concrete floor, round pen and a 100'x200'
riding arena. The perimeter- and cross fencing divides the property into separate
horse runs and pastures which facilitates rotational grazing. Feed your horses
or your boarders from your share of the hay crop harvested by a neighboring
farmer.
